Caitlin was part of the Loughborough Sport TID program coached by Dan Moore in 2011, before transferring in to the High Performance squad after a year.
Caitlin was in the 2015 Club 4+ which made the semi finals at HWR. She was part of an IM14x which came 3rd at Fours Head 2015, and was also the 8th female crew overall. At final trials, Caitlin was 9th, and then went on to win gold (champ 2x) and bronze (champ 1x) at BUCS 2016 for Loughborough.
