Rosie 'learnt to row' at Sheffield Uni rowing club in novice 8's in her 1st year and carried on in 2nd year as part of the senior women squad rowing in mostly 4's and occasionally 8's. Raced at local regattas as well as Womens 8s Head and BUCS Regatta.
Rosie then went to Doncaster Rowing Club on a talent ID scheme where she learnt to scull. After Wilks had graduated from uni and moved following a job, she joined Nottingham RC.
Highlights include winning the Provincial pennant at Womens Eights Head, and coming 3rd in IM1 quads at Fours Head. Rosie also made the semi final of senior singles at HWR and competed in the Princess Grace Cup for International quads at HRR in 2016.
